1994 Bandai The Tick talking Action Figure This Tick was signed in 1994 at the Shrine Auditorium Toy Convention no COA was given back then and my son has had this for years. Now he wants to sell it. It is signed by the Voice Actor Townsend Coleman who was the voice of The Tick from 1994 to 1996. He also voiced Michelangelo in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle animated series from 1987 to 1996. It was also signed by Ben Edlund the creator of the Tick in 1994. He was the writer and producer of the very popular TV series Supernatural.
The box has never been opened but it does have some flaws shown in the photos. The chest area of the figure is discolored but it seems most of the ticks have this issue. I don't know if it still talks since I have never opened it . Please feel free to ask questions
