This dress is from the Chinese designer brand "why not dance". It has flared sleeves and is perfect for stage performances, parties, and birthday celebrations. I originally bought it to wear for my birthday, but it makes me look a bit chubby; it would suit a slimmer person better! So I only tried it on and haven't removed the tags.
