The debut album of The Railway Children, which music critics praised as "Next to The Smiths." Released on the Factory label, this is the original UK pressing from the time of its release. It has a rough paper jacket, and the label design is elaborate, showing the band's commitment. It reached number one on the indie charts after its release, and the band later moved to a major label. I introduced it before, but vocalist Gary Newby later moved his activities to Japan and provided songs for V6 and Sailor Moon soundtracks. How this wonderful album connects to Sailor Moon... the world is a mysterious place.
