Rare Paul Smith men’s jacket

Paul Smith men’s woollen jacket with concealed hood. This is a rare jacket which as far as I’m aware, has never been in production. It’s 100% wool and made in Italy and is excellent quality. I don’t have the original label, but found one on line which has an original price of $1,295 and an outlet price of $399 - picture included. I can’t verify this, but it’s all I have to go on. It has a real quality feel and is made of a heavy woollen thread with a purple and blue lining. It’s finished with high quality brass zips with the signature Paul Smith pull tabs. There are two external front pockets with a single button fastener on each. Inside the jacket, there are two concealed pockets with zips and two large pockets which are large enough for a note book or iPad. The main zip is slightly off set from the centre which gives it a contemporary feel and is finished with six buttons in the middle. The jacket has a straight hem with no pleats or vents. There are fasteners on the back to adjust the fit and the internal hook is finished with two external metal rivets. Below the collar there is a concealed hood underneath a high quality zip which matches the rest of the jacket. This was purchased as new and worn once, but sadly it’s a bit too much of a snug fit for me. It’s an XL, but would probably suit someone around 6ft with a 40/42 inch chest.
