This limited EP spotlights a buried masterpiece from the underground 12" single scene. It compiles tracks exclusively from analog sources like promo releases and white label 12"s, legendary in the analog market. This compilation, "VARIOUS ARTISTS - LOST & FOUND," is a must-listen, with no filler tracks. This EP features three selected tracks. First, "KEEP IT HOT" by ABORIGINALS, sampling BRENDA RUSSEL, the same source as TWIGY's "聖戦". Then, "DRAMA," a representative work by DA GRASS ROOTS, whose original copies are still highly sought after in Canada. Finally, "SO MANY RAPPERS," a tribute to HIP HOP LEGENDS by ROB O, the central figure of I.N.I., produced by PETE ROCK, whose album "RHYME PRO" was recently released. All three tracks are remastered from the original master DATs, not just "needle drops" from the vinyl. This is a legitimate repress. While retaining the sampling noise present in the original recordings, the sound quality and pressure have been significantly enhanced. Original copies are still difficult to obtain and expensive, so don't miss out on this release.
