Length is approximately 26" long + 2" pendant
It has been rumored that BARTEK designed for Napier in the late 1930's; he went on to start his own company headquartered in Connecticut, and is believed to have continued through the 1950's.
Pre owned with minimal wear, overall very nice condition.
