Not sure of the vintage of this hat but it is brand new with an inventory tag inside the crown. It has a wide brim that rolls up and a string at the crown so you can make it tighter. Band is elastic and pristine. Just a gorgeous hat. My head is 22" around and it is a perfect fit.
